For Week 8 here is my proposed amendment:
Balanced budget: Among the most quarrelsome proposed changes to the U.S. Constitution is the decent spending revision. Preventing the government from spending more than it creates in income from charges in any financial year has drawn help from certain preservationists. There has been attempts to see the amendment passed but none has bared any fruits. My main reason for the amendment is that; decline loan fees, making it simpler for organizations and people to contribute; This means that many AmericanCitizens will have an opportunity to invest and so will give more revenue back to the government. In a nut shell, increment reserve funds and speculation, which would give security to people. The amendment is necessary for the whole country because at the end of the day, all revenues and businesses will be filing returns to the national government. Constitutional amendment is as well preferred to state or federal amendment because the states of the country are interdependent in businesses.
