The purpose of this assignment is to do a research project of a member of congress. My choice was Michael McCall of Texas. It is important that this assignment is written as a series of numbered short answers, do not write a unified essay. The project you’re working on to submit should be numbered 1-10. 1.Write a paragraph describing the personal, professional, and educational background of the representative before he or she entered Congress. Focus on the non-political aspects of the member’s life. In what ways is the representative you are studying typical of other members of the U.S. House? In what ways is he or she atypical? (The word atypical means not typical.)
