How it works
The content of this website (the “Site”) is provided by Homework Writings Pro (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “us”, “our”).
By using this site / placing an order / making a payment, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, you may not use the site or access it.
Writers are freelancers and can request an account. Each writer must pass internal tests before taking orders. Each writer has his own comment. Customers can place an order by following the ordering process for the specific work the writers would be doing. Once the writers have accepted these requirements to perform the work, it is their responsibility to complete the work within the agreed time and ensure quality.
Once the work is completed and payment is made by the customer, the editors transfer all rights and ownership of the products to the customer.
You also understand and agree that the Services may include certain communications from us, such as service announcements, administrative messages and updates.
When registering on the site, please use a valid email address / phone number that allows you to be contacted as we may need to contact you. Entering an incorrect email address violates the terms of this agreement.
A writer specialized in a field chosen by the client will contact the client immediately after the assignment for the work. The writer is responsible for obtaining the detailed list of instructions for the work to be performed. Once the offer of a writer is accepted, the customer deposits the agreed amount on our site.
We use a messaging system for communication. Our support team and editorial staff use a messaging system to get information about job updates. Check the inbox regularly and immediately respond to additional questions, comments or instructions using this interactive feature.
You are not authorized to disclose and share personal information (including email address or phone number) with writers who ask them to work directly with you outside of our service. Messages containing fraudulent words and phrases are automatically blocked by our system and are not visible to the editor. In case you are surprised by sharing personal information, the order will be automatically “completed” without any other question or compensation option. We consider such cases as an attempt to defraud our service.
When a work order is created by a customer, the customer and the writer can use the tracking system to track the progress of the work. We also reflect the state and percentage of work completed.
When you download, submit, store, send or receive files of textual information or accept similar reports from our services, you are giving / providing us (to our agents, agents, employers) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, host, store, reproduce, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes), You communicate such content.
Delivery and copyright
We are not responsible or liable for delivery problems, including those of any of your service providers, such as internet, e-mail, etc. that are beyond our control or that the customer has not downloaded the product. The products supplied by the writer hired by you meet your specifications. You own all copyrights to the products and other documents supplied to you. If You find the Writer attempting to pass on plagiarized content as original, You may reject the product and payment may be withheld. Moreover, you have an option to request revision within 7 business days since the moment the paper was delivered to you.
Neither We or any of our affiliates and / or partners shall be liable for any inappropriate, illegal, unethical, or otherwise wrongful use of the products and / or other written material received from Writers. This includes plagiarism, expulsion, academic probation, loss of scholarships / titles / awards / prizes / grants / positions, lawsuits, poor grading, failure, suspension, or any other disciplinary or legal actions. Customers can seek revisions of the product if it does not meet the specifications provided by the Customer. Release of funds by the Customer is deemed as completion of the job to the satisfaction of the Customer.
In the event that the sources required for your order are rare, obscure, not open sourced, or readily available to the general public, it is your responsibility and You hereby agree to provide those materials at the time You place your Order. Failure to do so will result in a violation of these Terms and Conditions and We may in its sole discretion take whatever action deemed necessary to address said violation, including, but not limited to, refusal to complete your order at all or within the agreed time frame, refusal to fully comply with agreed page requirements of your order, and/or refusal to offer free revisions and/or any refund.
